Mr. Iannone is the Vice President of Property Management for Glenwood Intermountain Properties, Inc., and Glenwood Student Communities. His range of experience in both student housing and multi-family housing covers development and new construction, initial lease-up, rehabilitation and renovation, financially distressed properties, and asset stabilization.
Mr. Iannone has been working in real estate development, sales and property management since 1994. Prior to working with Glenwood, he was an area manager for American Campus Communities (ACC), a publicly traded REIT based in Austin, Texas. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Mr. Iannone governed more than 2,100 leases covering four student housing properties in three distinct markets. He frequently inspected all of the properties in his portfolio to review management effectiveness, identify required upgrades and modifications, assess risk management issues, and determine areas of functional and economic obsolescence. His track record of troubleshooting distressed properties and finding ways to maximize revenue for owners and investors has made him a valuable asset to the companies that he has worked for. Mr. Iannone has also recommended and overseen many large-scale, capital improvement projects including the introduction of new construction phases. Outside of the office, Mr. Iannone has created an excellent rapport with the academic institutions he’s been involved with, and has done much work opening up new markets and opportunities for his companies.
