Mr. Hansen is President of GFG Properties, Inc. Prior to joining Glenwood, he practiced law in securities and real estate law. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, where he received the Dean’s Award for Academic Achievement. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Brigham Young University. Mr. Hansen is a director and one of the principals of Glenwood Financial Group, Inc. Mr. Hansen is also a principal of Greenwood Interests Holding, Inc., a California based franchise holding company. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of TFC Holding Company, a bank holding company, and Meruelo Maddux Properties, Inc., a NASDAQ-traded real estate development company located in Los Angeles, California.
