Mr. Carpenter has served as President of Glenwood Financial Group, Inc., since it’s founding in February 1987.
Prior to joining Glenwood, Fred was the Vice President in charge of real estate acquisitions for the Western United States for Equitec Financial Group, Inc., one of the nations’ largest real estate syndication and management companies. He was associated with Equitec for four years. Prior to joining Equitec, he was employed as a real estate investment specialist with Bechtel Investments, Inc., in San Francisco, California.
He earned his Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degrees from Brigham Young University. Mr. Carpenter is a director and one of the principals of Glenwood Financial Group, Inc. Mr. Carpenter is also a principal of Greenwood Interests Holding, Inc., a California based franchise holding company and a member of the Board of Directors of TFC Holding Company, a multi-bank holding company, and Tomato Bank, N.A., an international business bank located in Los Angeles, California.
