The Concept
Our Signature Product is designed, developed, and constructed from the ground up by GSC. Our Signature Product is a far cry from the cramped dorm room of yesterday. It combines the privacy and style of upscale apartment communities, the service and quality of a hotel, and the cutting edge technology and study facilities needed by any serious student.
The Amenities
Each student will have a private bedroom with a private bathroom. Every bedroom will have a queen sized bed, an easy chair, and personal study space.
