GSC’s founding partners are experts in lease-by-the-bed student housing. For over twenty years, GSC’s founding partners have owned over 3,500 beds and currently own and manage 2,500 beds in Utah. Beyond our expertise in lease-by-the-bed property management, our experience includes real estate acquisitions, finance, development, entitlement, and law.
Our Product
GSC provides luxury student housing with three distinct products: the first is called the Signature Product, the second the Repositioned Product, and the third is the On-campus Housing product. Quality, location, and privacy are the standards by which we measure our product.
